Husqvarna Vitpilen Motorcycle Helmet review

Riding Gear – Husqvarna Pilen Helmet

Husqvarna Vitpilen Motorcycle Helmet review

Instead of the usual fold-down visor, the Husqvarna Pilen helmet features a goggle visor that secures with a rear latch— possibly paying tribute to the Swedish company’s motocross core — but the look is pure street. In addition to protecting your eyes from dust and wind, the goggle component (along with a wide top vent) works to increase internal airflow and promises to be comfortable for those who wear glasses. The shell is 100% fiberglass with a micro-lock chin strap fastener.

Husqvarna Vitpilen Motorcycle Helmet review

This simple but the eye-catching helmet is a fitting accessory for Husqvarna’s future forward new street bike range. The Pilen helmet looks right at home on either the cafe racer styled Vitpilen or the Scrambler-esque Svartpilen so the only decision you’ll need to make is which motorcycle to buy.

Husqvarna Vitpilen Motorcycle Helmet review
With the release of the Vitpilen 401 and 701 motorcycles in 2018, Husqvarna will re-enter the street bike market. To mark the occasion they’re offering just the right road going helmet to wear with the new additions to their range. Like the Vitpilen, the helmet is smooth and uncluttered, with a powerful, neo-futuristic presence. The split, two-toned styling creates the look of a forward mask, complemented by an embossed Husqvarna logo on the chin bar.
