Triumph Motorcycles has expanded its prestigious Triumph Factory Custom (TFC) lineup with the debut of the 2027 Speed Twin 1200 TFC, an ultra-exclusive modern classic that combines handcrafted British craftsmanship with premium performance upgrades. Limited to only 750 individually numbered motorcycles worldwide, the new model represents the fifth motorcycle to receive the coveted TFC badge, following the Thruxton TFC, Rocket 3 TFC, and two Bobber TFC editions.
Based on the highly regarded Speed Twin 1200 RS, the TFC variant receives a host of mechanical and cosmetic enhancements designed to deliver a more engaging riding experience. Triumph has equipped the motorcycle with fully adjustable Öhlins suspension at both ends, clip-on handlebars, rearset footpegs, and lightweight premium chassis components that sharpen handling while giving the bike a more aggressive riding position. Stopping power comes courtesy of Brembo Stylema radial calipers paired with a Brembo MCS master cylinder, while Metzeler Racetec RR K3 tires maximize grip.
Power continues to come from Triumph’s celebrated 1,200cc liquid-cooled Bonneville parallel-twin, producing 105 PS (103.5 hp) and 112 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox featuring Triumph Shift Assist for clutchless upshifts and downshifts, while twin Akrapovič titanium silencers enhance both performance and the unmistakable Bonneville exhaust note.
Visually, the Speed Twin 1200 TFC distinguishes itself with an elegant Obsidian Gold paint scheme, extensive gloss carbon-fiber bodywork, gold-anodized suspension components, blacked-out detailing, machined bar-end mirrors, and a handcrafted leather-and-suede bench seat. Each motorcycle features a laser-etched edition number on the billet aluminum top yoke and is delivered with a signed Certificate of Authenticity, indoor storage cover, and waterproof seat cover.
Technology remains thoroughly modern despite the bike’s classic styling. Riders benefit from Sport, Road, and Rain riding modes, ride-by-wire throttle control, Optimized Cornering ABS, traction control, a TFT/LCD instrument cluster, and a USB-C charging port. The 2027 Triumph Speed Twin 1200 TFC is available to order now in the UK, priced from £18,495, with customer deliveries scheduled to begin in October 2026.
