This weekend I bought some new tyres for the bike, a pair of Metzeler Lasertec’s which look the business on the grey powder coated rims. I loosely fitted the wheels to the bike to see how it all looks together and I have to say I’m very happy it.


I am having a bit of trouble with the back wheel as it doesn’t seem to be sitting on the axle quite right after I fitted the new bearings. I’m looking in to it now…hopefully it’ll be an simple fix.


I’ve also fitted the Mikuni carbs I bought, the front brakes, the cloth plug leads I bought from Low Brow Customs and the engine side covers.
