Isn’t it funny how similar things all happen at once…I mean i the cinema it happens all the time. Volcano/Dantes Peak, Ants/bugs, Star Wars episode 3/Broke Back Mountain….and now Moto Guzzi release their Cafe Classic V7 only moments before the Wrenchmonkees realease their very own Guzzi based Cafe Racer!

The Moto Guzzi Cafe Racer simply named “Guzzi” on the Wrenchmonkees blog is yet another testament to the skill and unique eye for design the monkess posess.

The incredibly simplified construction combined with the subtle, stylish paint work really makes this bike a stand out. That great big Guzzi motor buldging out of the frame lets you know the bikes got a purpose and by keeping it uncluttered it looks fast even when it’s standing still.

I will never get tired of the wrench monkees inventive combination of new and old parts. Old parts give a bike character. The dings in the tank, scuffs on the engine casings and pit marks in the frame show the bike has a history while the spanking new rear-sets, adjustable shocks and freshly stitched leather of the seat let you know who ever owns this bikes means business.

That’s 2 thumbs up from me.
