I snapped a couple of shots of the bike today (nothing fancy) that show the progress of the project. The modifications so far are as follows:

– Replaced and relocated front and rear indicators
– Installation of new brake light unit
– Handlebar swap (Ace Clubman bar)
– Old school grips
– Bar end mirror
– Removal of standard headlight and headlight bracket
– Cafe Racer headlight
– Removal of rubber covers from front forks
– Re-routed control cables and electrical wiring


Still to come:
– Chrome speedometer and tacho
– Performance air flow kit (K and N pancakes)
– Shortened front fender
– Rear set pegs
– Gunfighter style saddle
– Polished alloy tank
