W650 Cafe Racer project - more parts arrive!

The W650 is sitting in my garage awaiting licensing and remains unmodified. Australian law requires that the bike pass a pit examination before I can register it for use on West Australian roads and until this has happened I won't be starting the Cafe Racer project (I'm aiming for early next week). This, however, has not stopped me from ordering more parts and today some more of my stage 1 parts arrived.

I purchased these parts from the Deus ex Machina website and they look great. The gummy grips ($26AUD) are pretty standard and look well made but I will need to cut holes in the ends for my bar end mirrors, hopefully, this won't shorten their life span.

The indicators are polished aluminium and look awesome. Each set came with extensions for the cabling and rubber covers to conceal the fastening bolts. They are produced by Posh & Faith co ltd in Japan and retailed for $99AUD a pair (not cheap but they are top quality and will certainly look better than the standard indicators on the bike!
